Love the area because you are in a tree lined neighborhood of mansions and beautiful buildings from the early 1900,s - late 1800`s, has parks, restaurants and is steps from cultural heart of the city as well as walking distance from the entertainment district. Penthouse is on a nice quiet one-way street.
