This is a nicely done apartment in a large new development in the South of the city. The apartment is intelligently designed to maximize useful space and offer a good sized livingroom and very comfortable kitchen. Two full bathrooms and a parking space in the garage are included in this price. The apartment also has a balcony off the livingroom. Not our favorite part of town at all, but if you work in the South of the city and don`t want to have a long commute then this apartment makes a lot of sense. It`s also nice that these guys have a full gym club in the building so you can go hit the weights or punch a bag instead of go to a nice restaurant (because there aren`t any!). Actually, that`s not entirely true; neighborhood has one of the top Italian restaurants in the city, very popular with the local Italians.
