Because it reminds me of an apartment my brother in law had in San Francisco before he got married with this huge terrace with amazing views and quirky bits and everyone called it the Bohemian pad. If you`re taking the apartment on the top floor of this four-story walk up, its because you want this terrace, you like the statement the Landlord has made with the deign and you need a bit of space that comes with having three bedrooms. The apartment is a duplex, upstairs and downstairs on two-floors with the bedrooms at the third floor and the kitchen area and terrace on the floor upstairs. Apartment could also work with a library / TV room downstairs which would make it a two bedroom, three bathroom unit. Has a parking space in the garage. We love Icoanei because it feels like a village in the middle of the city. Two nice parks, loads of really great neighborhood restaurants, terraces and bars, pensioners speaking in French, artists and young media types about. �
