Beautiful and bright three-bedroom penthouse near Cismigiu Park. The penthouse comes fully furnished, as shown in the photographs. As the layout demonstrates, the kitchen is close to the living room, but closed. Three good sized bedrooms with the master enjoying a walk-in closet, terrace as well as a private full bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A toilet for guests is near the entrance. I love the indoor-outdoor feel of the property. We love the Cismigiu neighborhood. The park, actually classified as a Garden (Gradina) is an ancient and beautiful large park with massive ancient sycamore trees, playgrounds and row boats for the ponds. The big pond is converted into a massive ice-skating park in the Winter and you will always meet the most interesting people sitting on the benches having an ice-cream or in one of the elegant "protocol" restaurants on the pond. The area is full of High School students attending either the top mathematics High School in the country or university-age youngsters attending either the music or art school in the neighborhood. Lot`s of history, a bit over-grown, rather bohemian and very safe.
