Good value, well put together space for a couple. The Landlord very wisely renovated and turned a crowded three-bedroom unit into a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a nice big livingroom. Apartment comes furnished and has a parking space in the garage. Second bedroom is currently unfurnished as Landlord wants to see if renter wants it as an office with guest fold-out bed or as a proper bedroom. I love the light up here. Main bedroom has the bathroom en-suite, the second bedroom will use the second bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The terrace is square and big enough for four people around a table. Near Piata Romana, which puts you walking distance to the metro station of the same name, the Icoanei neighborhood (our favorite), great restaurants and the cultural heart of the city. This is a university neighborhood, so a good young vibe with all that history and grand architecture.
