The apartment is 107 usable indoor square meters, which doesn`t take into consideration the nice large terrace off the living room, or the long balcony off the bedrooms in the back. Living room is a double space, meaning one large room of 24 sqm and a second room which was (and can again be) a third bedroom which we have made for now into a study or TV room. Lot`s of beautiful natural light and parking in the closed parking lot downstairs. You might be wondering why the property is being priced at this lower rate and it is only because there is a two-story walk-up. So please, only the fit. No dogs or pets I`m afraid. A really good Western super-market is a 7-minute walk. The apartment is on the western side of the park, so close to the Opera House and lots of great little "find me" restaurants.
