2 rooms apartment of 100m² in Bucharest

Who doesn`t love a great big terrace with a big green view while living in the heart of a vibrant and absolutely quaint bit of the city! Rhetorical questions aside, this apartment is lovely. It has a terrace, two bedrooms, a large living room a closed kitchen with access to the terrace and a library or study. Fully furnished, the apartment will be emptied as the tenant requires. Landlord is an absolutely lovely woman with great taste. The only possible negatives are that there is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment, although in this bit of the city street parking is easier, and the apartment is a two-story walk-up. Other than that - graaaand! Landlord and I were talking about potentially moving the kitchen into the living room and making a second bathroom for which she seemed fine with if given a month. Who doesn`t like Cotroceni. I think along with Icoanei and Dorobanti neighborhoods it`s our favorite. Like a village in the city. This neighborhood boasts the Palace, the Botanical Garden, tennis courts, great little restaurants and the best jazz bar in the city. Cotroceni just has "IT" in oodles of quantity. Leafy tree-lined streets, quiet but not boring, really nice people and a metro line. I wish we had more properties in Cotroceni as renting them is fun and so easy, but it`s just not very big.
