Good, American-style living option in a closed compound with high security, enforced speed-zone streets, lots of expats and kids in the most suburban-like community in Bucharest. The house itself has an easy layout, a big covered terrace off the living room and kitchen in the back of the house, a wood-burning fireplace, a garage, yard and a nice remodeled attic with bathroom as that fifth possible bedroom or study. On the ground floor is one bedroom, the livingroom, a bathroom, the kitchen, laundry room and technical room. Three en-suite bedrooms upstairs. The house is a ten minute walk to the American International School and it`s a safe walk with a proper sidewalk and a crossing guard on school-days.
