Big lovely house in the "funest" complex for kids in Pipera. Why so much fun for kids? It`s the huge garden-park, big swimming pool and numbers of children of all ages running about and playing with new friends. The house is just a conduit into the fun circuit. On the ground floor is the big living room with fireplace, the closed kitchen, garage, a bathroom and a guest bedroom. Upstairs are the rent of the bedrooms, bathrooms and a big play area on the top floor with, again, a bathroom. Nice finishings. Furniture belongs to the current tenant so please mostly ignore. The private garden, terrace and BBQ area are off the living room and kitchen in the back of the house. Great mix of both expat and local families. Most children attend the American International School, next door. Like I said above this is a big residential compound, locked and walled with security. It is however next door to AISB and is a safe walk to the school even for the little precious ones. Not much in the way of shopping in this neighborhood however, so you`ll need a second car probably.
