3 rooms house of 145m² in Bucharest

Alone on the top floor of a boutique block, the penthouse sits above the roofline of neighbors and offers panoramic views over Primaverii and Bucharest. The light, maximized with floor to ceiling triple-pane windows and sliding doors, is magnificent. The photos were taken at dusk, alas, and do not do the property fair justice. All three bedrooms are big, with closets. The Landlord had just recently purchased the penthouse when we visited and he is set to provide furnishings such as curtains, lighting, mosquito nets, and clothes washing machine. The penthouse has a full kitchen , bathrooms and air-conditioning. The terrace is wonderful. Wide and deep and excellent for hosting outdoor dinners and weekend lunches. Primaverii was the playground of the communist leadership in the 1970`s - 1980`s and was a closed neighborhood to ordinary citizens at that time. It is now open to all and features some very good restaurants (I think the second best seafood restaurant in Bucharest and the best steakhouse), coffee shops, a cigar bar, the modern museum, parks, playgrounds for the children, a metro station (Charles De Gaul) and a very good sports club which was the dictators own, apparently he never lost a game of tennis, badminton or swimming...
